- Renovations to ‘old field house’
- PRC group photo – to remain on agenda till majority present
- PRC’s county website – table till after moving to new Archives [?]
- Donation form – still finalizing
- Mary Priddy–update Public Records Policy implementation; ‘haywood.gov’

- Communications with Kimberly Wires at TSLA
5.) New Business:
- Resignation of PRC Member Sharon Hayes
- Recommendation to Mayor Livingston to appoint a replacement
- In relation to email addy also need, 1) a mailbox with lettering/numbers, 2) need a phone
- New offer from Chris Morey at Ferocious Graphix Inc
- Estimates Becky McBride, packing specialist
- Shelving for new location
- Preparations to move: packing to begin Thursday; sorting records begin Friday
- Plan Open House following move to College Hill
