Regie is a lifelong resident of Brownsville and Haywood County. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University, is a licensed engineer and has recently retired from the Brownsville Utility Department. He worked closely with the Chamber of Commerce while he was employed at the Utility Department.  He and his wife, Kim like to hike, canoe and enjoy other outdoor activities.   They have three adult children.
