1.) Call to Order- Determination of Quorum

2.) Public Comments on Agenda Topics

3.) Approval of Minutes from Last Meeting

4.) Discussion Topic- seƫng up the County Archives in the cafeteria building at College Hill

-Mayor Livingston has stated that the County Archives will be located in the cafeteria building at College Hill, they will not be housed at the County Farm.

5.) Devise a plan as to how the records will be moved, what supplies will be needed to move them from one location to another, the supplies needed at the new location, and also put a team together that will be in charge of moving the records.
