5.)Discussion of adding the PRC/Archives to the Haywood County Website.

6.)Setting a time that we can do a group picture of all the members of the

Public Records Commission.

7.)Discussing the cost of materials to set up the archives to get it running

efficiently, and come up with a cost sheet to take back to the Budget

Committee. (Leaving this on here as a topic each month until we come up with

the full cost sheet to present to the Budget Committee)
