County Commission shall be had on June 29th, 2024, at 10:00 A. M. in the courtroom located at the Allen King Justice Complex, 100 South Dupree, Brownsville, Tennessee for the passage of the Haywood County Budget, Property tax rate, and related items of business.

B. Approval of Contract between Haywood County and The Town of Stanton
regarding water and sewer rates and capacity fees associated with the EMS at the Mega-Site.
C. Approval of Memorandum of understanding between Haywood County
and the Tennessee Board of Regions, regarding the contribution of $600,000 to Haywood County from the Tennessee Board of Regents and the payment of capacity fees to water and sewer associated with the TCAT-Stanton with the Town of Stanton.
D. Approval of a Resolution establishing AE (Agricultural Estates) Districts Associated with Haywood County Zoning Ordinances and Regulations.
E. Approval of a Resolution Establishing Enforcement Procedures and
Processes Associated with the Haywood County Zoning Ordinances and
Regulations.
