NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE HAYWOOD COUNTY COMMISSION

Please take notice that I, David M. Livingston, County Mayor of Haywood County, Tennessee, hereby announce and gives notice to the Members of the Haywood County Commission of the Public Hearing before the Haywood Commission on February 19th, 2924, at 5:00 P.M. at the Allen King Justice Complex located at 100 South Dupree, Brownsville, Tennessee. The Public Hearing shall start promptly at 5:00 P.M. with the regular monthly Meeting to follow thereafter at 6:00 P.M.

Please take notice, that all participation shall be live and in person with no electronic participation allowed. The Public is invited to attend both meetings and public shall be allowed to participate and speak in the Called Meeting regarding the below subject matter. Please further take notice that the Public Hearing was published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
