PARCEL 010.01) TOTALLY 66.5 AC AND LOCATED AT NORTH OF STANTON-KOKO
ROAD AND WEST OF HWY 76 OWNED BY PITTMAN PROPERTIES LLC FROM
FORESTRY, AGRICULTURE, RESIDENTIAL (FAR) TO COMMERCIAL (C)
SAID HEARING WILL BE HELD PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 13-7-
103, TENNESSEE CODE ANNOTATED AND WILL TAKE PLACE AT A REGULAR
SESSION OF THE HAYWOOD COUNTY COMMISSION ON NOVEMBER 18, 2024,
BEGINNING AT 5:30 P.M. AT THE ALLAN KING JUSTICE COMPLEX.
