Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Haywood County Commission on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map.
REZONE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100 WILLIS SCHOOL ROAD OWNED BY NADINE STONE FROM FAR (FORESTRY, AGRICULTUE, RESIDENTIAL) TO C (COMMERCIAL).
Said hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-7-103, Tennessee Code Annotated and will take place at a regular session of the Haywood County Commission on June 26, 2023 at 5:30PM at the Allan King Justice Complex.
Any interested party is invited to appear before the the Board and and be heard in objection or in favor of the adoption thereof. Said proposed resolution is available for public examination in the Mayor’s Office and the Building Official’s Office.
