This agenda includes additional detail on several items to support evaluation and to document relevant source information.
Additional draft materials will be provided at the meeting to continue discussions regarding PILOT authority, reporting, and payments, as well as the earlier draft agreement, never finalized, for Ford-BlueOval-SK payments.
I would like to extend special thanks to Attorney Sarah Levy for her diligence, thorough research, and valuable legal insight on key matters before the committee and the county as a whole. She has also been highly responsive in assisting legislative staff with the proposed Private Act amendment adopted by the County Commission in March.
