Haywood County Attorney - Private Act Amendment – Request for Legislative Consideration

Attached is the signed and certified Private Act Amendment adopted by the Haywood County Commission on March 16, 2026, along with a summary of the changes, background information, and the original 1945 Act, as amended in 1974.

On behalf of the Commission, we respectfully request your assistance in presenting this Amendment for approval by the Tennessee General Assembly.
