4.) Linda – Follow up comments from TSLA

5.) Linda – Report on visits to neighboring archives; i.e., Fayette Co. and Dyer Co.

6.) Sharon – Report on adding Public Records Commission and the Archives to County Website

7.) Setting a time that we can do a group picture of all the members of the

Public Records Commission.

8.) Discussing the cost of materials to set up the archives to get it running

efficiently, and come up with a cost sheet to take back to the Budget

Committee. (Leaving this on here as a topic each month until we come up with

the full cost sheet to present to the Budget Committee)

9.) Joint meeting of the Jackson Purchase Historical Society, the West Tennessee

Historical Society, and the West Tennessee Heritage Initiative – March 15; 10:00-12:30 – in Dyersburg, TN
