1. Whether the County should build a new High School
2. Where should the New High School be built
3. The Amount Haywood County should borrow for the purposes of building a new High School
4. Authorize the County Mayor to seek permission from the Tennessee State Comptroller to borrow an established sum for the purposes of building a new High School
5. Any and all related topics including the purchase of land and interim financing.
